This session is intended to be highly interactive as attendees are introduced to the SPARC Scorecard and customize it to their own school. The SPARC Auxiliary Programs Scorecard is a tool that can be used to analyze current and future auxiliary programs on specific criteria which can be weighted as situations change.  The  results can then help place the programs on a matrix to help visually assess an entire auxiliary program portfolio.  The scorecard can be applied to current auxiliary programs as a way to measure effectiveness in meeting the strategic goals as well as their institutional cost.  It can also be valuable when evaluating proposals for new programs and potential new initiatives.  Attendees will be first be introduced to this tool before utilizing peer feedback to customize it for their own use. Join this session to add a valuable new tool to your leadership toolbox!
